Holy Crackers: Its time to be visible

I love the way some sisters express themselves. And today I’d like to introduce you to blogger `Holy Crackers'.

If you ask me to describe her personality in a few words: I'd say, she’s passionate, playful and living on purpose. That’s the first impression I got.

Just view this video, and see how passionate she is about Islam.

She also wrote this: “It's about high time Muslims stopped being Invisible and started speaking up against what the media has to say. Islam is a religion of Peace and not violence. There is nothing about destruction but rather building foundation for purity and peaceful state of mind.”

I love her profile, it’s amusing. She says that she’s short, brown, and loves cheese. Also, that thing on her head isn't just a colourful wrap. It's her hijab, her identity as a young Muslim woman. She’s not into long walks on the park, but fancies random bumper stickers sent to her via facebook. And tells you not to feel thrown off by her lack of using uppercase letters, at the beginning of each sentence, because that's just how it flows”.

Isn’t she awesome?
